Is onsite or central training available for Yields or its components?

Yes, both are available and are recommended to gain the full benefits of all that is included within Yields.

What support is included within the standard one-user package?

There is integral online support within the product in a variety of contexts, including FirstAid instruction, FAQs, online courses, user community forums, etc., all at no additional charge. Optional, phone-based support is available for modest additional fees as are onsite support and consultation.

Are there certification programs available?

Yes, WRYM certification is available, and the certification process includes Yields. Certification is important wherever the professional practice and deployment quality of WRYM is deemed critical within the workplace and to an organization’s best future.

Is Yields presently available in any other languages other than English?

Not at this time, but if you have need for this, please contact us and we will consider developing a product in response to your needs.

What are the computer platform and operating systems requirements for all of the components of Yields?

All software components are compatible with contemporary PC or Mac platforms with Windows 98-Vista and OSX 10.3 or later operating systems respectively, with the use of current and recent Explorer, Safari and Firefox browsers and current Flash, Java, QuickTime and Acrobat Reader components.

Yields sounds too good to be true. Are you guilty of hyperbole?

That is not our intent, though we are unquestionably enthusiastic about the merit and significant returns on the investmest related to the use of Yields within the practice of WRYM. This is a product that "truly keeps on giving" as it is adopted and applied throughout a lifespan of work role relations, ...from design to recruiting to management to transitions (all within vital process of continuous improvement and knowledge). We certainly desire for you to experience its wide spectrum of rewards and are eager to support you in doing so.
