What does the Yields user license include, as well as restrict or limit?

Each user license is limited for a single user only. There are other limitations regarding application and organizational usage. The license is user-based, not machine based per se. Generally we are attempting to disseminate our intellectual property in a fair and reasonable manner. In summary, the derivative content, designs, decisions and actions generated by you from the use of Yields can be distributed at will (though you may elect to restrict that information if it is confidential or proprietary or for your own reasons such as competitive advantages). However, Yields original and source content or software cannot be replicated or distributed in any manner or for any purpose, including the training and instruction of others in that content or software without applicable licenses in place. See licenses that are included in the package and at purchase for more details.

What support is included within the standard one-user package?

There is integral online support within the product in a variety of contexts, including FirstAid instruction, FAQs, online courses, user community forums, etc., all at no additional charge. Optional, phone-based support is available for modest additional fees as are onsite support and consultation.

Do I understand correctly that if I am not satisfied I can return this product for a full refund, even if I have opened it and used it?

That is correct. We desire you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and we certainly do not wish for you to have to keep it for any reason should you not absolutely appreciate its value to you and your organization. Your only responsibilities in such unforeseen circumstances would be the return shipping of all components and not to use or apply any component, applicable content or software afterwards without a license to do so.

Your site mentions Filemaker Pro™ and ThoughtOffice™. Do I understand correctly that these are included with Yields?

Yes, the latest full-single-use versions of each are included.

Yields sounds too good to be true. Are you guilty of hyperbole?

That is not our intent, though we are unquestionably enthusiastic about the merit and significant returns on the investmest related to the use of Yields within the practice of WRYM. This is a product that "truly keeps on giving" as it is adopted and applied throughout a lifespan of work role relations, ...from design to recruiting to management to transitions (all within vital process of continuous improvement and knowledge). We certainly desire for you to experience its wide spectrum of rewards and are eager to support you in doing so.

Do you allow or provide for free trial periods or no-obligation demo periods?

We do not offer "free, try-first online demos" due to the nature of this product's many tangibles. Since Yields includes an array of physical components, inclusive of rather massive instructional guidance and reference materials, it's impossible to allow for "download and try" promotional trials that are often common with "software only" products. Therefore, we have alternatively elected to offer an easy "no-questions-asked," return policy for the product.

We desire for you to confidently make your purchase decision with only expectations of reward, upside and gain. We certainly do not want you to have any concerns or perceptions of liabilities, downside, risks or loss related to your lack of satisfaction with this product for any reason. With this program you have no obligation to keep the product if it does not meet your expectations.
