The US Patent and Trademarks Office recently awarded TalentSphere its first patent. This award relates to its “reciprocal publishing system” and related methodologies, that were originally conceptualized in the late 1980s and developed during the 1990s in TalentSphere’s incubator, Digital Discoveries. This invention remains at the core of many of TalentSphere's present WRYM systems. This approach enables a more informed workplace through the effective and balanced exchange of information between workers and management as well as between candidates and recruiters. Various other patents related to the WRYM solutions are pending.
