Career Fulcrum was the original instruction fo r Relationship Performance™ and is the foundation for achieving better work in better lives™. Practical organizing principles provide "illumination" for understanding and responding to the many universal personal, organizational and work role relationship factors within all workplaces. You will immediately note that the first three downloadable topics, called Illuminations, describe each of the distinct contexts of the monthly "QR Snapshot™," ...the cornerstone of rpPaq™. These topics are essential reference for any workers, all levels of supervision, candidates, recruiters, leadership and anyone seeking to design or improve work roles and organizations. For the best learning experience, the Illuminations are designed to be consumed in the sequence presented (by scrolling below), beginning with "Introduction." However each topic is "reasonably" understandable by random access. Every person in today's workplace should be familiar with Illuminations # 111, 112, 121, and 232 at a minimum. 

Since each Illumination is offered separately as a PDF file, you may need a current version of Adobe's Acrobat or Acrobat Reader (free download at the Adobe web site) to open and view this file. The PDF files are pre-configured for printing (which is why some pages are blank).  If you print, we encourage you to save paper by using two-sided printing.

Flow #111... a framework for diagnosing personal work role satisfaction ... and the zone of peak personal performance

Career Fulcrum's Flow framework instructs workers in separating who they "are" from what they "do."  By applying these separate parameters much can be revealed as to work's potential happiness, toxic stress, joys, boredom and dissatisfaction, ...thus many answers and actions can become rather obvious and predictable.  It's equally important for organizations to remember that the greatest work performance is derived from workers who are "in the Zone."

To best succeed within today's workplaces and upon one's career path, it's crucial that every worker correctly understands the three dimensions of work quality as viewed from the organizational perspective.  Ironically, this information is often not well understood, defined, communicated or periodically validated by either party. The Organizational Triangle is a powerful, reliable foundation of knowledge any worker can utilize and leverage as their "Career Fulcrum" throughout their career to gain what they seek.
